November 14th - Cliffside Climbing Gym
2 1/2 hours at Cliffside climbing gym. Worked progressive ly toward harder grades. Mostly v0-v2.
A: Worked Anaerobic energy system on bouldering circuit.
J: Sent a v5 first try (not a flash). Sent 2x V5 total.
J: Spent last part of day with Alaina pointing out holds. Very good Local endurance training. Didn't get a deep pump.
